REDESIGN PACKAGE PRICING AND SERVICES

Our design approach is to use our EIGHT STEPS in each room so that you FEEL HOME in your own home. We use the furnishings that you have and love to create a fresh, updated look.

In this intensive in-home consultation,  we use a detailed customized Design Report to list what needs to be done in the main areas of the home so that they “shines.” The consultation will take about two hours and will consist of the following:

  • A phone interview to completely understand your project, style, and preferences in preparation for our Consultation.
  • A recommended furniture arrangement and flow, using principles of great design
  • Suggestions for de-cluttering, rearranging, and optimizing space in each area.
  • A plan to highlight architectural features and add interest to each room.
  • Suggestions for lighting, accessory arrangement, and window treatments.
  • Color advice and emotional connection points in each space, so you love the look and FEEL HOME.
  • Priority Shopping List and an Exclusive Vendor List to help complete the design process for a gorgeous looking home you will love.

This design service is tailored for those who would like help implementing the plan. Following the design Report, we work with you to rearrange the main areas of the home. It is amazing what a difference a few hours can make, using what you already own!

The service takes up to four hours and includes:​

  • Kitchen design and organizational strategies
  • Main living area design and emotional connection point set up
  • Main bathroom design
  • If time permits, we will tackle other key living areas
  • We will bring design accessories to give you a “visual shopping list” of what to purchase to update and enhance the look of the home.

This design service is for larger homes with more than a few hours of work. This service extends our time together to include a day of “rolling up our sleeves” and following our detailed Design Report to “tackle” the main areas of the home.

The service takes up to seven hours and includes:​

  • Kitchen design and organizational strategies
  • Main living area design and emotional connection point set up
  • Main bathroom design
  • If time permits, we will tackle other key living areas
  • We will bring design accessories to give you a “visual shopping list” of what to purchase to update and enhance the look of the home.
